There is a five night minimum on reservations from June 25th to September 2nd and a three night minimum over the Memorial day, Father's Day and Labor Day weekends.  A Three Night Minimum exists at all times (off season) in lodges 3,8,12, Main House, 23, 24 & 30. We cannot accept one day reservations for Friday or Saturday at any time unless a one night opening occurs. When calling or writing, please indicate the number of people in your party. We cannot accommodate more adults or children in each cabin than is indicated in parenthesis on the previous pages. No sleeping bags, tents or campers will be permitted to accommodate extra people!!

A 50% deposit is required for reservations up to and including five nights. For reservations over five nights an ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT of 25% of the additional billing exceeding five nights will be required. If three or more cabins are reserved a deposit of 50% of the total billing will be required. The use of a credit card will not be accepted in holding a reservation unless time does not permit the mailing of a deposit. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE UPON ARRIVAL..

For a refund, cancellations must be made 8 weeks in advance of arrival. A $30 service charge per cabin will be deducted from all refunds. If three or more cabins are reserved, cancellations must be made ten weeks prior to the date of arrival for a refund. If after arriving, you need to shorten your stay, you will be charged for the full time you reserved.

To maintain the maximum privacy and relaxation for all Lemmon Lodge guests, the use of the grounds are restricted to registered guests, unless otherwise approved by management. Bookings cannot be made through this website or online.
