ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE

Responsible to be a 'clearing house' for any architectural modifications relative to the cabins within the Lemmon Lodge community. Must enforce the building or remodeling requirements as set forth in the Declarations of Covenants and coordinate any discrepancies through the Board of Directors. Ability to interpret legal documents and be knowledgeable of Town of Grand Lake building requirements. Note: Until the new legal documents and the survey are completed and filed, no major architectural changes can be made.
